YPVE is a patented vacuum system that we spent over 2 years to develop. We received international recognition with latest IF and IDA Awards. It is a product that is eco friendly and easy to use anytime, anywhere. It is the realization of our design concept for “Reuse” and “Reduce”.
As we all know that, Vacuum provides a simple way for people to store the food longer period of time so people can eat safe and healthy food all the time.
YPVE vacuum system consists of 3 major parts, which they are handheld vacuum sealer, reusable food bag and liquid isolator.
1. Handheld vacuum sealer:
First of all, the handheld vacuum sealer is very small, only 35 gram for its weight and pocket length for it size. It is the smallest vacuum sealer in the market. It is also battery free, avoiding the bad quality battery and pollution issue in the long run.
You may wonder how it works, how? Smartly, it is powered by mobile phone to do the vacuum! Just simply plug in the iOS phone or Android phone (with type C charging port), then it will start to vacuum. Now a day, everyone has as personal phone, it is easy to do vacuum anytime, anywhere as long as you have the sealer and mobile phone with you.
2. For the reusable bag
It is designed with a patented sealing bar and strip on the bag to close the bag opening, much tighter and more secured than normal Ziplock zipper type plastic bag in the market.
Our Sealing bar/strip design on the bag is unique and an innovated that no other similar design is seen in the bag design for doing the vacuum.
Furthermore, the bag is made of safe, non-toxic, BPA free, and durable EVA or PE material, which is commonly used in today’s hydration bags (water bag) and foodbags in the market.
It is durable and can be used for more many times, as long as it is well cleaned and not broken. Since the bag is reusable and durable, it can reduce ONE TIME PLASTIC bags in our daily life. This can save greatly for our living environment.
3. Liquid isolator
The final part for the YPVE vacuum system is the Liquid Isolator. Since water, fluid staff is no good for the vacuum and it will damage the electric part in the vacuum sealer, we design a liquid isolator, as a safety part to prevent the water from getting into the vacuum sealer directly. This is a good safe device when you use YPVE to do the vacuum, if you are vacuuming something moisture or liquid inside.
Conclusion
As above introduction briefed, YPVE vacuum sealing system is very small for its vacuum sealer. It is powered by mobile phone that everyone has. Besides the bag is a safe, reusable and durable that is ideally to replace ONE TIME PLASTIC BAG. YPVE Vacuum system can be a good solution for people to preserve food longer period of time and at the same time, it can save the earth from reducing one time plastic bag usage. It is ideally used in people’s life, MEAL PREP, CAMPING, HIKING, Daily GROCERY, STORAGE, doing PICNIC or PET food package…etc…
